Return Methods
Kalutara Area: Items can be returned in person or picked up by arrangement.
Other Areas: Customers may return items via SL POST or any courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or through bank transfer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
